By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. About Drone Animal Rescue

Drone Animal Rescue is a technology platform designed to help reunite lost pets with their families by providing search resources, AI-powered tools, educational content, community features, and connections between pet owners and independent drone pilots.

Drone Animal Rescue is not a veterinary service, emergency responder, animal control agency, law enforcement agency, or drone flight service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Drone Animal Rescue does not employ, supervise, direct, or control pilots listed on the platform. Pilots operate independently and are solely responsible for their own services and decisions.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you represent and warrant that:

7. AI Search Tools

Drone Animal Rescue provides AI-powered tools designed to assist users in planning and conducting lost pet searches.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and deciding how to conduct any search.

8. Pilot Locator

The Drone Animal Rescue Pilot Locator is intended to help connect pet owners with independent drone pilots.

Drone Animal Rescue:

Any agreement between a pet owner and a pilot is solely between those parties.

Drone Animal Rescue is not a party to those agreements.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully.

10. Safety & Emergency Disclaimer

Lost pet searches often occur in challenging environments.

You acknowledge that searching for a lost pet may involve risks, including but not limited to:

Emergency Situations

Drone Animal Rescue is not an emergency response service and should not be relied upon for immediate emergency assistance.

If you are experiencing an emergency involving:

If your lost pet has been struck by a vehicle, is seriously injured, trapped in a hazardous location, or requires immediate veterinary attention, contact your local animal control agency, veterinarian, wildlife authority, or other appropriate emergency services as soon as possible.

While Drone Animal Rescue provides tools, technology, educational resources, and connections to independent drone pilots, we do not monitor Lost Pet Alerts in real time, dispatch emergency responders, guarantee pilot availability, or guarantee immediate assistance.

Use of the Drone Animal Rescue platform should never delay contacting emergency services or other appropriate authorities when immediate intervention is necessary.

Users remain solely responsible for determining the appropriate course of action during any emergency.

Drone Animal Rescue shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay resulting from a user's decision to rely on the Services instead of contacting appropriate emergency services or authorities.

Users should independently verify information received through the Services before taking action. Drone Animal Rescue cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Lost Pet Alerts, sighting reports, AI-generated recommendations, user-submitted content, or communications between users. Reliance on such information is at your own risk.

11. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications relating to your use of the Services, including:

You may manage certain communication preferences through your account settings, though some administrative or legal notices may still be sent as required.

12. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, national, and international laws while using the Services.

Users who operate drones are solely responsible for complying with all applicable aviation regulations, including FAA rules or the equivalent aviation authority in their jurisdiction.

Drone Animal Rescue does not authorize, direct, or approve any flight operation.

Part 2 – Community Standards, User Content & Platform Enforcement

13. Community Feed

The Drone Animal Rescue Community Feed is intended to educate, inspire, and support the lost pet community.

The Community Feed exists to:

Use of the Community Feed is a privilege and may be restricted or revoked for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

14. Community Standards

All users are expected to contribute positively to the Drone Animal Rescue community.

Except for content displayed as part of operating and promoting the Services described in Section 15, Drone Animal Rescue will seek your permission before using your content in standalone commercial advertising or promotional campaigns.

This section does not limit our ability to display content within the app, website, official social media pages, educational materials, or other platform-related communications as authorized under Section 15.

17. Community Lost Pet Feed Advertising

The Community Feed is not an advertising platform.

Unless expressly authorized by Drone Animal Rescue, users may not use the Community Feed to advertise or promote:

Sharing legitimate rescue stories or educational content is encouraged.

Posts created primarily for advertising or solicitation may be removed.

18. Direct Messaging

The Services may allow users to communicate directly through private messaging.

Users agree to use messaging responsibly.

You may not use messaging to:

However, we reserve the right to review, preserve, or disclose communications when reasonably necessary to:

Users may rate and review pilots and, where applicable, other platform experiences.

20. Intellectual Property

25. Suspension & Termination

Drone Animal Rescue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account or access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that Drone Animal Rescue reasonably determines to be harmful to its users, community, reputation, business operations, or mission.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee:

Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, and payment processing are subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

29. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.

You may cancel automatic renewal through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

30. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Drone Animal Rescue does not provide refunds for:

31. No Guarantee of Rescue Success

Drone Animal Rescue exists to improve the chances of reuniting lost pets with their families.

However, we cannot and do not guarantee:

32. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in lost pet searches may involve risks including:

Drone Animal Rescue does not supervise or direct searches and is not responsible for decisions made by users during a search.

33. Independent Pilot Disclaimer

Pilots listed through the Services are independent individuals or businesses.

Drone Animal Rescue:

Any agreement between a pet owner and a pilot is solely between those parties.

Drone Animal Rescue is not responsible for disputes arising from those relationships.

34. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drone Animal Rescue, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

35. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drone Animal Rescue, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents Drone Animal Rescue from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in another jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

41. International Users

Drone Animal Rescue operates internationally.

Users accessing the Services outside the United States are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Pilot Profile Terms (where applicable), and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drone Animal Rescue regarding your use of the Services.

They supersede all prior oral and written agreements concerning the Services.

43. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.

44. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Drone Animal Rescue.

45. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Drone Animal Rescue may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction.

46. Changes to These Terms

Drone Animal Rescue may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through:

Part 1 – Membership, Eligibility & Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Pilot Profile Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase, access to, and use of the Drone Animal Rescue Pilot Profile and any related services, features, communications, community tools, messaging, ratings, and content available through the Drone Animal Rescue website or mobile application.

By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using a Pilot Profile, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not purchase or maintain a Pilot Profile.

2. About the Platform

Drone Animal Rescue is a technology platform designed to connect lost pet owners with independent drone pilots and provide educational resources, AI-powered search tools, and community features.

Drone Animal Rescue does not provide drone flight services.

Drone Animal Rescue does not supervise, employ, train, direct, or control the actions of pilots listed on the platform.

Each pilot independently decides:

3. Independent Pilot Status

Pilots who use Drone Animal Rescue do not work for Drone Animal Rescue. They are not employees, contractors, or agents of Drone Animal Rescue. Each pilot operates their own business.

Nothing in these Terms makes a pilot an employee, contractor, partner, agent, or representative of Drone Animal Rescue.

Pilots remain solely responsible for:

Pilots shall not represent themselves as employees, agents, representatives, or official spokespersons of Drone Animal Rescue.

4. Pilot Eligibility

To maintain a Pilot Profile, you represent and warrant that:

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or removal.

5. Pilot Verification

Drone Animal Rescue may verify certain information submitted by pilots before granting or maintaining a Pilot Profile.

A Pilot Profile provides access to premium platform features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Pilots are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.

Part 2 – Community Standards, Content, Enforcement & Subscription Policies

13. Community Feed

The Drone Animal Rescue Community Feed exists to educate, encourage, and inspire the community through real rescue stories while providing valuable updates to pet owners and fellow pilots.

The purpose of the Community Feed is to:

The Community Feed is not intended to serve as a marketplace or advertising platform.

Drone Animal Rescue reserves the right to determine whether any content is appropriate for the Community Feed.

14. Success Story Posts

Pilot Profile members may publish rescue-related content within the Community Feed.

Examples of acceptable content include:

Pilots are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions before uploading any content.

Whenever possible, pilots should obtain permission from pet owners before sharing identifiable photos or videos.

Drone Animal Rescue may remove or edit content that violates these Terms or community standards.

15. Strict No Advertising Policy

The Drone Animal Rescue Community Feed exists to help reunite lost pets—not to advertise businesses.

Pilots may not use the Community Feed to advertise or promote:

Even subtle advertising intended to generate business may be removed.

Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

16. Self-Promotion

Reasonable recognition within a rescue story is acceptable.

"We located Bella after a three-hour search."

However, posts primarily intended to market yourself or your business are prohibited.

Drone Animal Rescue determines, in its sole discretion, whether a post constitutes prohibited self-promotion.

17. Ratings & Reviews

Pet owners may submit ratings and reviews regarding their experiences with pilots.

Drone Animal Rescue does not guarantee:

Drone Animal Rescue reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform policies.

18. User Generated Content

Pilots retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other materials they upload.

By posting content on the Drone Animal Rescue platform, you grant Drone Animal Rescue a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

This license allows Drone Animal Rescue to display your content within the app, on the website, and across official Drone Animal Rescue social media channels in connection with your rescue story.

19. Additional Media Usage

Drone Animal Rescue respects the ownership rights of its pilots.

Outside of displaying content within the platform and promoting rescue stories, Drone Animal Rescue will not use a pilot's photos or videos in:

Pilots retain ownership of all original media.

Sharing and Monetizing Pilot Content

Drone Animal Rescue may ask a pilot for photos, videos, or other content from a rescue or from the pilot's own work.

A pilot does not have to share that content. Agreeing to these Terms does not, by itself, give Drone Animal Rescue permission to post or monetize a pilot's content.

If a pilot agrees to share content with Drone Animal Rescue and gives permission to post it, the pilot understands that Drone Animal Rescue may monetize that content. That can include paid posts, advertisements, sponsorships, training, and other commercial uses.

That permission applies only to the content the pilot agrees to share. The pilot keeps ownership of their content.

20. Intellectual Property

The following are the exclusive property of Drone Animal Rescue:

Nothing contained within these Terms grants ownership of Drone Animal Rescue intellectual property.

Pilots may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without written permission.

21. Platform Integrity

Pilots agree not to engage in conduct that interferes with the integrity or operation of Drone Animal Rescue.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

22. Prohibited Conduct

Drone Animal Rescue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Pilot Profile or account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that Drone Animal Rescue reasonably determines to be harmful to its users, community, reputation, business operations, or mission.

Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

Decisions regarding suspension or termination are final.

25. No Refund Policy

Pilot Profile subscriptions are non-refundable.

By purchasing a Pilot Profile, you acknowledge and agree that:

Pilots agree not to initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks after receiving access to Pilot Profile services.

If a chargeback is initiated in bad faith, Drone Animal Rescue reserves the right to:

Drone Animal Rescue may, but is not obligated to, review requests for reconsideration of account suspensions or terminations.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

All decisions made by Drone Animal Rescue regarding moderation, verification, suspension, termination, rankings, featured placement, or account access are final.

Part 3 – Legal Protections & General Provisions

28. Independent Business Relationship

Each Pilot Profile member acknowledges that they operate as an independent business or individual and are solely responsible for all aspects of their services.

Drone Animal Rescue does not supervise, direct, control, or guarantee any search, rescue, communication, or service provided by a pilot.

Nothing in these Terms makes a pilot an employee, contractor, partner, agent, or representative of Drone Animal Rescue, and it does not create a fiduciary relationship.

Pilots are solely responsible for:

29. Assumption of Risk

Drone operations and lost pet recovery involve inherent risks.

By maintaining a Pilot Profile, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

30. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drone Animal Rescue, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drone Animal Rescue, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

This limitation applies whether the claim arises under contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if Drone Animal Rescue has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drone Animal Rescue's total cumulative liability arising from or related to your Pilot Profile or these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to Drone Animal Rescue during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

32. No Guarantee of Rescue Success

Drone Animal Rescue makes no guarantee that:

The Drone Animal Rescue platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including mapping providers, payment processors, notification services, artificial intelligence providers, cloud hosting services, social media platforms, or other third-party technologies.

35. Force Majeure

Drone Animal Rescue shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

36. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

37. Venue

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Drone Animal Rescue platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits Drone Animal Rescue's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or business interests.

38. International Users

Drone Animal Rescue operates internationally.

Users accessing the platform from outside the United States are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as requiring Drone Animal Rescue to comply with laws that do not otherwise apply to it as an Ohio-based company, except where required by applicable law.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference (including applicable Privacy Policies and Community Guidelines), constitute the entire agreement between you and Drone Animal Rescue regarding your Pilot Profile.

They supersede all prior oral or written understandings relating to the Pilot Profile.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any unenforceable provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.

41. No Waiver

Failure by Drone Animal Rescue to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Drone Animal Rescue.

42. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your Pilot Profile, account, or rights under these Terms without Drone Animal Rescue's prior written consent.

Drone Animal Rescue may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or other business transaction.

43. Changes to These Terms

Drone Animal Rescue reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

When material changes are made, we may notify pilots through:

Your continued use of the Pilot Profile after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Pilot Profile and cancel your subscription.
